Creafilo Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Creafilo as a creator workspace for content, publishing, live workflows, monetization, analytics, billing, and third-party integrations.

Last updated: April 26, 2026

Acceptance

By creating an account, starting a trial, connecting a channel, or using Creafilo features, you agree to these terms and the applicable privacy policy.

Accounts, workspaces, and roles

You are responsible for account access, workspace membership, and ensuring each owner, editor, or operator has appropriate permission for content, live workflows, monetization, and billing.

Trial, plans, and payment

Creafilo may provide a 7-day no-card trial. After the trial or grace period ends, operational actions such as publish, schedule, go-live, or adding offers may be restricted until billing is active.

Content and user rights

You retain ownership of the content, media, captions, offers, and campaign data you upload to the workspace.

You grant Creafilo a limited permission to process, store, display, transform, send, or prepare content solely to operate the features you use.

You are responsible for copyright, trademarks, product claims, sponsor/affiliate disclosures, and compliance with destination platform rules.

Copyright, DMCA, and third-party claims

You must own or have permission for all media, music, footage, brand assets, products, testimonials, and claims you use. Send copyright notices or content disputes to support@creafilo.com with reporter identity, claimed work, related URL/content, and a good-faith statement.

Platform integrations

Direct publishing, native analytics, or one-click live are available only when the channel, API permissions, app review, account eligibility, and provider runtime are actually active. Otherwise Creafilo will honestly show assisted publish, manual fallback, planned integration, or disabled states.

Live streaming and manual fallback

For API-supported platforms and eligible accounts, Creafilo may prepare live rooms, metadata, ingest targets, relay paths, and status monitoring. For TikTok, Shopee, Instagram Live, marketplaces, or custom RTMP destinations without a safe or approved API path, Creafilo provides only manual fallback such as title, script, product pitch, checklist, pinned comment, timer, and RTMP setup if you provide it.

AI and recommendations

AI features are assistive. AI output may help draft hooks, captions, insights, or variants, but it should be reviewed by a human before publishing, making product claims, or relying on it for business decisions.

Prohibited use

You may not use Creafilo for spam, phishing, malware, intellectual property violations, impersonation, misleading claims, illegal content, unauthorized scraping, engagement manipulation, token abuse, or actions that violate third-party platform rules.

Sponsor, affiliate, and product disclosures

You are responsible for ensuring sponsor, affiliate, gifted product, product claim, price, stock, and promotion disclosures comply with applicable law, platform rules, and brand or merchant contracts.

Availability and service changes

The service may depend on APIs, networks, object storage, payment providers, and third-party social platforms. We may update, limit, or disable features when needed for security, compliance, or stability.

Liability limits

To the extent allowed by law, Creafilo is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, platform rejection, algorithm changes, or third-party provider outages. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using the service or request data deletion. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, breach of terms, or unresolved billing.
