CreafiloData deletion
Use this URL in Meta Developer as the Data Deletion Instructions URL. This page explains how users can request deletion of data from Creafilo and connected integrations.

Email support@creafilo.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Use the same email address as your Creafilo account or connected Google/Meta account so we can verify data ownership.
If you can still log in, include your workspace name, account email, and the connected channel you want removed. Do not send passwords, secret keys, access tokens, or other sensitive data by email.
We will delete or anonymize account and workspace data that can reasonably be deleted, including integration tokens, channel identifiers, imported destination metadata, content drafts, media references, publish jobs, live sessions, offers, tracked links, feedback, and related workspace analytics.
If the request relates to Meta, Instagram, or Facebook, we will delete data received through Meta permissions from active Creafilo systems, including tokens, Page/Instagram business account identifiers, permission scopes, and related destination metadata.
For Meta review, the callback endpoint is available at https://api.arconath.com/creafilo/v1/data-deletion and accepts signed_request from Meta. The endpoint records the request and returns a status URL plus confirmation_code as JSON.
When channel data is deleted, Creafilo will remove or revoke OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, imported destination metadata, and encrypted custom RTMP stream keys tied to the verified workspace or account where reasonably possible.
We aim to process verified requests within 30 days. Some data may remain temporarily in backups, audit records, billing records, security logs, or legally required records, then be removed according to retention cycles.
You can also revoke Creafilo access from Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or other platform settings. Revocation stops new access, but you can still send a deletion request so historical data in Creafilo is processed.
After processing the request, we will send confirmation to the verified email. If we need additional information to confirm account ownership, processing may pause until verification is complete.
